摘要  凤凰岭隧道全长5 896.9m,是山西省忻阜高速公路全线的控制工程。由于是在陡峭地形条件下修建隧道,因此首先对隧道基础及偏压墙基础采用梅花型垂直小导管注浆加固措施,以增强地基承载力;然后施作混凝土偏压墙基础、洞身基础、仰拱填充、钢筋混凝土护拱、衬砌混凝土等;并采用三台阶七步流水开挖法,进入暗洞15m左右开始正常掘进,实现免刷坡安全进洞。

Abstract: The Fenghuangling tunnel, which is 5896.9m long, is the key project of the Xinzhou-Fuping Expressway in Shanxi province. In light of the steep terrain, the bases of the tunnel and retaining wall were consolidated against bias pressure by vertical grouting with small pipes in a quincunx pattern to enhance the bearing capacity of the ground, followed by the construction of a retaining wall base, the tunnel base, invert, protective reinforced concrete arch, concrete lining, and so on. Moreover, the three-bench seven-step method was applied and normal excavation was carried out after an advance of 15m, ensuring safe excavation of the tunnel entrance without slope cutting.
