某复合盾构刀盘有限元分析及参数优化

Finite Element Analysis and Parameter Optimization of the Cutterhead of Composite Shield Machines

  • 摘要: 复合盾构刀盘的力学性能是评价刀盘结构设计是否合理的重要依据。文章通过有限元法分析了某复合盾构刀盘的受力特性,得到了该复合盾构刀盘的应力和变形分布云图。针对安全余量不足的主要承载件,采用高强钢替代,最后通过Workbench的DesignXplorer模块进行参数优化。优化后的刀盘强度安全系数为1.54,刀盘重量降低了1.17 t,提高了该复合盾构刀盘的安全性和经济性。研究结果可为刀盘结构设计和材料选型提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The mechanical performance of the cutterhead of composite shield machines is an important criteria to judge whether the structure design is reasonable. In this paper, the force property of the composite cutterhead is analyzed by finite element method, the contours of stress and deformation distribution are obtained. As for the main load bearing parts with insufficient safety margin, the high strength steel is used to instead, and finally the parameters are optimized through the DesignXplorer module of Workbench. The safety coefficient of the optimized cutterhead is 1.54, and the weight is reduced by 1.17 tons, so the safety and economy of the composite cutterhead are improved.The research results can provide reference for structure design and material selection of the shield cutterhead.
