疏通岩溶隧道排水系统堵塞的清洗溶剂效能研究

On Scavenging Performances of Cleaning Solvents for the Clogging in the Drainage System of Karst Tunnels

  • 摘要: 为了解决岩溶地区隧道工程普遍存在岩溶结晶阻塞排水系统的问题,文章采集岩溶隧道排水管内岩溶结晶物,开展岩溶结晶物的扫描电镜与X射线荧光光谱(XRF)试验,获得岩溶结晶物的微观结构与化学组分,研究岩溶结晶物清洗溶液的化学组分,开展岩溶结晶物清洗溶液的浓度与溶解效果的效能试验,分析溶剂浓度与溶解速率之间的关系,确定清洗溶剂的最优浓度。试验表明,浓度为2 000 ppm、重铬酸盐指数为17.71%的单分子羧酸类有机酸试剂和聚合羧酸类有机酸试剂的清洗溶剂能在保障绿色环保前提下有效清除排水系统岩溶结晶物。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the blocking problem of the drainage system in karst tunnels caused by karst crystalliza? tion, the scanning electron microscopy and chemical analysis experiments are carried out to obtain the microstructure and chemical compositions of the karst crystals acquired in the drainage pipes of the karst tunnel. Then chemical compositions of solutions for scavenging the Karst crystals are studied, the experiments on the solution concentration and dissolution effect are performed to determine the optimal concentration of the cleaning solution on the basis of analyzing the relationship between the solution concentration and dissolution rate. The results indicates that the solution of the unimolecule carboxylic organic acids reagent or the polycarboxylic organic acids reagent with an optimal concentration of 2 000 ppm and a dichromate index of 17.71% can effectively remove the karst crystals in the drainage system under the premise of ensuring green and environmental protection.
