浅埋大断面公路隧道塌方处治措施及效果分析

Treatment Measures for Collapses of the Shallow-buried Highway Tunnel with Large Cross-section and Its Effects Analysis

  • 摘要: 隧道塌方后,合理的处理措施能保证隧道施工安全,有效避免施工中出现二次塌方。文章以深圳外环高速公路隧道洞口塌方冒顶为背景,分析了产生塌方的原因,并给出了针对性的塌方处理措施,同时运用数值模拟和监控量测手段对塌方处治效果进行了分析。分析结果表明:土层上软下硬、管棚施工质量差、爆破进尺过大等是导致该隧道出现塌方冒顶的主要原因;采用砂袋回填+小导管径向注浆,同时结合掌子面法向注浆加固及塌方底混凝土护拱的处治手段可安全通过塌方区域。

     

    Abstract: Proper treatment measures for tunnel collapse can ensure the safety of tunnel construction and effective? ly avoid the secondary collapse. Based on the background of the collapse and cave-in event at the entrance of the tunnel of Shenzhen outer ring expressway, this paper analyzes the causes of the collapse, proposes the corresponding measures to deal with the collapse, and analyzes the treatment effect of the collapse by numerical simulation and monitoring measurement. The results show that the factors like upper-hard and lower-soft stratum, poor construction quality of pipe-roof and excessive blasting cycle are the main reasons to cause the collapse and cave-in of the tunnel; it can safely pass through the collapsed area with the combination of sandbag backfilling, radial grouting of small conduit, normal grouting at working face and concrete supporting at the arch bottom.
