矩形盾构法隧道管片分块案例分析及分块原则

Case Study Based Analysis of Segment Division Principles of Rectangular Shield Tunnels

  • 摘要: 为了对矩形盾构施工的管片结构进行合理分块,文章通过对国内外既有矩形盾构施工装配式衬砌管片分块案例进行介绍,研究分析了既有矩形盾构法施工隧道衬砌管片的分块特点,结合圆形盾构衬砌分块需考虑的影响要素,提出了矩形盾构(包含类矩形盾构)装配式衬砌管片的6个分块划分原则,涉及结构受力要求、减少分块数和降低加工制造成本要求、搬运和拼装操作要求、顶进油缸布置要求、纵环向螺栓分布以及宽高比的影响要求等方面。在地下过街道、地铁以及地下综合管廊采用矩形盾构设计施工时,该分块原则可作为工程技术人员进行管片断面衬砌合理分块时的参考,并为其它类似工程提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: By introducing the cases of prefabricated segments division for rectangular shield tunnelling both at home and abroad, the characteristics of segment division for the existing rectangular shield tunnelling were analyzed. Based on the influential factors to be considered regarding the segment division of a circle shield tunnel, the six division principles of prefabricated segment for the rectangular shield tunnel (including the quasi-rectangular shield tunnel) were presented, which involve requirements for structure mechanical behavior, reduction of segment division numbers and manufacturing costs, as well as handling and erection, arrangement of jacking cylinders, distribution of longitudinal and circumferential bolts, and effect of aspect ratio, it can be taken as a reference for the design and construction of the rectangular shield adopted in underground passage, metro and underground utility tunnel.
