基于现场掘进数据的复合地层盾构掘进性能预测方法研究

Site Data Based Prediction of Shield Driving Performance in Compound Strata

  • 摘要: 盾构掘进性能预测对于工程施工周期和施工成本评估具有重要作用。为此,文章结合穗莞深城际轨道交通某标段工程实例,基于现场掘进数据,对复合地层条件下?8.81 m土压平衡复合盾构的掘进速度进行了多元非线性回归分析,分别建立了盾构掘进速度的直接多元非线性预测模型和非线性化处理后的多元线性预测模型,并对相同段的预测掘进速度与实际掘进速度进行了对比。结果表明:直接多元非线性预测模型与实际掘进速度的误差为9.035%,而采用非线性处理后的多元线性预测模型与实际掘进速度的误差为5.987%,优于前者。

     

    Abstract: Performance prediction of shield driving plays an important role in evaluation of construction period and construction cost. Taking a construction lot of Guangzhou- Dongguan-Shenzhen intercity rail transit for example, a multivariate nonlinear regression analysis on advance rate of the EPB shield with diameter of 8.8 m in compound strata was conducted based on site data, a direct multivariate nonlinear prediction model, and a multivariate linear prediction model after linear treatment were established, the predicted and actual advance rates of the same section were compared. The results show that the error of advance rate measured by direct multivariate nonlinear prediction model is 9.035% compared with the actual advance rate, while the error of advance rate measured by multivariate linear prediction model after linear treatment is 5.987% compared with the actual advance.
