既有隧道衬砌结构在引水洞爆破施工中的安全性分析

Safety Analysis of an Existing Tunnel Lining Structure during Water Diversion Tunnel Blasting Construction

  • 摘要: 在溶洞核心区域段, 隧道受水压的影响易发生衬砌渗漏水现象。为了解决衬砌渗漏水问题, 通过在正洞顶部施作引水洞, 截取岩溶水, 可以减小作用在隧道衬砌周围的水压力。文章结合西部某铁路隧道引水洞施工实例, 通过监测引水洞爆破开挖振动速度、 正洞衬砌结构受力和变形, 分析得出爆破振动速度和结构受力均控制在允许标准范围内, 并且隧道衬砌结构基本没有变形, 结构受力相对稳定。监测数据表明, 引水洞施工对正洞衬砌结构影响小, 确保了隧道结构的稳定, 保证了运营铁路线的安全。

     

    Abstract: Because it is affected by water pressure, lining leakage tends to occur in the core region of a karst cave. In order to solve this problem, a water diversion tunnel was constructed at the top of a main tunnel to drain karst water in order to reduce the water pressure around the tunnel lining. Based on construction of a water diversion tunnel for a railway tunnel in western China, this paper shows that the blasting vibration velocity and the structural stress were acceptable and the tunnel structure had basically no deformation and a relatively stable structural stress based on the monitoring of the water diversion tunnel blasting vibration velocity, structural stress and deformation of the main tunnel lining. The monitoring data indicate that construction of the water diversion tunnel had little influence on the main tunnel lining structure, which ensured the stability of the tunnel structure and operation safety of the railway.
