深水盾构隧道管片外部水压监测方法及应用

Water Pressure Monitoring Method for the Segment Structure of a Deep-Water Shield Tunnel

  • 摘要: 深水盾构隧道外部水压荷载对管片结构安全起着至关重要的作用, 隧道因埋设深、 外侧水压大使得渗压计难以安装, 存在安装风险大、 难成活和数据可靠度低等问题。为此, 文章设计了一套深水盾构隧道管片外部渗压计埋设装置和安装方法, 应用于湛江湾海底盾构隧道的外部水压监测中, 取得了理想效果, 可供今后类似工程参考。

     

    Abstract: The water pressure load outside of a deep-water shield tunnel plays an important role in the security of the segment structure. Problems exist as a result of a large overburden and high water pressure outside of the tunnel:high installation risk for and a low survival rate of the osmometer, as well as less reliability regarding the data obtained. In this paper, a device and installation method are designed for the osmometer used outside the segment structure of the deep-water shield tunnel, and they are applied to monitor the water pressure outside a submarine shield tunnel in Zhanjiang, with satisfactory results obtained
