Abstract:
In this paper the influence of the deep foundation pit excavation in deep soft soil layer on adjacent two rows of houses was studied, and the protective effect of the combined consolidation method of the isolation pile and anchor rod static pressure pile was discussed. Through a two-dimensional plane strain finite element analysis model,a simulation of isolation pile diameter, pile length and pile position on the settlement of the first row of housing was conducted, and the reasonable design parameters of pile length, pile diameter and pile position were presented. Furthermore simulated calculations of housing settlements were conducted regarding the four cases of having no isolation pile and anchor bolt static pressure pile, having isolation pile but without anchor bolt static pressure pile, having no isolation pile but with anchor bolt static pressure pile, and having isolation pile and anchor bolt static pressure pile, and finally the effect of deep foundation pit excavation of the metro station on the safety of adjacent housing was predicted reasonably.
