Abstract:
In light of the high requirements of waterproof and large longitudinal deformation of the Zhoujiazui road
river-crossing tunnel, a quantitative analysis on waterproof techniques for shield tunnel segment joints was conducted by FEM numerical simulation and experimental analysis, it is found that stress of contact surface and closure compressive force meet the designed waterproof requirements of elastic sealing gasket, the measures of optimizing waterproof groove position of the sealing gasket, reducing joint discloation and strengthening waterproof capability at the corner were proposed
